Yang Chow Fried Rice consists of a variety of ingredients. Those ingredients have their own unique taste, that when mixed together, produce a taste like no other. It is so easy to make and you can even use your leftover rice, vegetables or meat to make this.

6 cups cold cooked rice
100g shrimp, shelled and deveined
3/4 cup green peas
3 pcs fresh egg
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 pcs Chinese chorizo
3 cloves garlic
2 pcs onions medium
1 pc carrot
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup ham
