溶豆配方:
1. 准备蓝莓果酱
新鲜蓝莓:1磅/450g
略微打碎,小火熬煮10分钟
(这个量,最多能过滤出80g的蓝莓果酱,冷藏备用)
2. 溶豆糊
蓝莓果酱:40g
配方奶粉:24g
蛋清:2个
玉米淀粉:12g
烘培温度:195F/90C
烘培时间:90 分钟
Blueberry Yogurt Melts Ingredients:
1. Prepare for the Jam
Fresh Blueberry:1 lb
Slightly Blend and simmer for 10 minutes
(can get at most 80 g jam, refrigerated)
2. Mixed dough
Blueberry Jam:40g
Formula:24g
Egg White:2
Corn Starch: 12g
Bake at 190F/90c for 90 min
