Date: July 1, 2019 Today I started my Day 1 and it was amazing! Below are my activities and what I eat. Check out the video on how I prepare my meals and my activities the whole day which is quite normal as a regular person always does. I'm a home-based/work at home Quality Analyst and doing this Keto diet is so fun! As of today, I don't feel anything different but for the coming days pretty sure something good is out there! Details: Before Keto Diet BMI Status: Overweight based on my Height and Weight Height: 4 feet and 11 inches Weight before day one: 42.7 Kilograms or 94.13 pounds Details: Per day on Keto Day 1: Weight: 42.4 Kilograms or 93.47 pounds I lost 300 grams from my initial Weight!
