Suzuki DR-Z 400 S - Episode 1 - The Unintentional Project Bike

I just picked up a 2003 Suzuki DRZ 400 S - it was meant to be a ride away green lane beater but 10 miles down the road it became apparent it was going to be a project... In Episode 1 I get this bike back in to working order; pulling and rebuilding the carb, fixing a leaky stator cover, adding a tail tidy and replacing the indicators with a fair few hiccups along the way. The bike is far from perfect but it's ready for some green lanes so stay tuned for Episode 2, the 'first ride' video!
