Masala milk Tea (গরম মসলা দুধ চা)

গরম মসলা দুধ চা রেসিপিঃ দুধ ১মগ পানি আধা মগ চা পাতা ১টে চামচ চিনি ২চা চামচ দারুচিনি পরিমান মত এলাচি পরিমান মত Masala Doodh - is sweetened flavored milk and is made in the Maharashtrian cuisine. A mix of dry fruits and a few spices are added which makes the final drink aromatic. MASALA DOODH Ingredients 1 litre milk 10-15 cashewnuts 10-15 almonds 10-15 pistachios 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds 5-6 black peppercorns 3 tablespoons dried rose petals ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder A pinch nutmeg (jaiphal) powder A pinch of saffron + for garnishing 5 tablespoons sugar Sliced almonds for garnishing Sliced pistachios for garnishing Method 1. Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring continuously, till the milk reduces and thickens slightly. 2. Grind together cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, peppercorns, dried rose petals to a coarse powder. 3. Add the ground powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and saffron to the pan, mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar, mix and simmer for 4-5 minutes. 4. Serve hot garnished with sliced almonds, pistachios and saffron.
