Please click this link to donate: https://www.paypal.me/suhasdishes 🌹Instructions🌹 1.5 kilo (3 pounds) cauliflower florets 3 cups (720 ml) vegetable or canola oil 3 tbsp (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil 3 cups (375 g) sliced onions 4 cloves sliced garlic 2 1/2 tsp salt 3 medium tomatoes (500 g or 1 pound), sliced or diced 1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro (25 g) 2 cups (400 g) basmati rice, washed and soaked for 2 hours 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp 7 spices 1/4 tsp black pepper 5 cups (1200 ml) of hot water 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced Vegan Eggplant Makloubeh Recipe on this link: /watch/k3I1WfGV2lTV1 🌹Instructions🌹 1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil on high heat until reaches 350 degrees F. Fry the cauliflower in three batches until golden on both sides. Place them on a plate lined with a paper towel. Set aside. 2.  Heat olive oil in a large pan on high heat. Add onions and sauté until light golden stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and stir until fragrant about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and 1/2 tsp salt  and stir to combine. Cook on medium-low heat for 15 minutes. 3. Start layering the bottom of the pot of your choice with half of the cauliflower. Add the onions and tomato mixture. 4. Drain the rice completely and mix them in a medium bowl with 2 tsp salt, 7 spices, cumin, and black pepper. 5.  Transfer the rice to the pot and spread evenly over the surface of the onions and tomatoes. 6. Layer the rest of the cauliflower on top and finally cover with sliced tomatoes (2 tomatoes) 7. Pour in 3 cups of hot water and bring to a boil covered on medium-high heat. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Add 2 cups of hot water and continue cooking until all the liquid has been evaporated and the rice cooks through. 8. Turn the heat off and keep the pot covered for 30 minutes. Flip the pot over a large serving dish.
