@sakuragi_hanamichi32636 years ago All these stuff in the gym and no dip belt:
straight bar dips have 3 problems the swinging, flaring the elbows and the decreased rom as you id="hidden6" said and this makes the movement weird and uncomfortable.
i want to add 2 tricks that will make the movement cleaner:
1- imagine twisting the bar towards you if you found it difficult to tuck your elbows in. This will ensure the external rotation and make the wrists in line with the forearm which prevents wrist pain.
2- to ensure full rom, drive the hips up before start repping to be able to touch the bar with your lower chest.
good tutorial greg, keep it up man you are making good content and make sure you always improving your filming and directing quality, this will make your content more beautiful

@Phillips17584 years ago Have you got a similar breakdown for handstand? Well explained straight dips.
  • @
@greatvoicelessons6 years ago Hey greg, i like your workouts mate. Also gotta luv a guy w/great sock game. Always luv your socks! I like the way you explain, look great and enjoy trying your exercises. Kim.
  • @
@anambivalentenemy6 years ago Great advice once more.I always find my elbows flaring out during the movement and although
i knew there was something that had to be changed,i didn't know i know!
And i have a more general question.
There are hundreds of bodyweight do i choose some of them for my workouts?
I mean, each one can benefit me in some way.But how can i know which one is better for me?
Archer pushups or Ring elevated feet pushups?Pullup headbangers or upside down deadlift?
Or isn't there such thing as better, and all i have to focus on is just doing whatever exercise i choose to do,
    with good form,full ROM,etc etc?
And if we want our training to be as effective as it can be,should we stick to some specific moves for a period of time?
Or can we rotate some exercises with others, for us not to be too bored with the same ones all the time?
It would be great if i got an answer from you!
    Thanks Greg!
