Ingredients:
Dosa Batter :
Semolina(Sooji) : 1 cup
Curd(Dahi) : 1 cup
Wheat Flour (Atta) : 1 tbsp
Water : 1 cup
Baking Soda : 2 Pinch
Salt : 1/2 tbsp
Butter : 2 tbsp
Spring Roll Masala :
Oil : 2 tbsp
Cabbage : 1 cup
Carrot : 1 cup
Capsicum(Any Colour) : 1 cup
Onion : 1 cup
Spring Onion : 1/3 cup
Schezwan Chutney : 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce : 1/2 tbsp
Soya Sauce : 1 tbsp
Vinegar : 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce : 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper : 1/2 tbsp
Granted Paneer : 1 cup
