Ingredients.
1/2 kg Boil Singhada or water chestnuts 🌰 🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰.
1/4 th cup Garlic 🧄 fine chopped.
Pinch 🤏 Ajino Moto.
Salt per taste..... & 2 tbsp. sesame Oil.
Water approx Half - Cup .
Cornflour- 2 tbsp.
Mix Veges your choice .
1 cup cubes 3 coloured bell papers.
1 carrot 🥕 sliced.
2 chopped spicy green chilly.
1 onion 🧅 chopped
1 spring onion chopped. With leaves.

Recipe.
First Boil singhada till soft . .... Next heat oil in a pan add .... Chilly- garlic & carrot 🥕...... stir fry for a minute....... next add chopped bell papers & onion & pinch ajinomoto ( optional ) ...... & stir fry for a minute, now add Singhada ( chestnuts 🌰 ) & stir fry few seconds..... next add water & Cornflour slurry & give it a quick stir , & serve it hot 👍🍲🥗.
