Fun kitesurf session in Rio Jara lagoon, Tarifa on a really cold day! We can kitesurf in Tarifa all year round. The kite season in Tarifa never stops! In winter there is good wind conditions, solid swell and waves from winter storms and less people. It's quite cold, but still pretty warm compared to the rest of Europe.
