just a thought, i think you should include catch and cook in the title of every video you eat your catch in as it will help with the algorithm as it is quite a popular genre 13

You were correct about the grit numbers on the Whetstone, same applies to sandpaper. The higher the number, the finer the Grit is. Lovely Bass 🐟 , and an excellent way of cleaning a big fish - it looked delicious in the pan. Stay safe & well. 👍👍 ...

If your knife is really dull go for a lower 600/800 first to get a good edge and then build up 👍 also a ceramic rod and leather strop after or before each use will help to keep it in top condition for longer ...
