Pineapple Upside-down Cake
INGREDIENTS
Glaze & toppings:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 pcs sliced pineapple
8 pcs cherry
Cake Mixture:
1-3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup powdered milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven. Bake at 350°F for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
