Mukund Kumar asked if I could make a rubber band powered Lego car and the answer is NO because I don't have any Lego. The closest I can do is some old Mega Bloks that we bought for our first grandchild to play with when visiting us about 10 years ago and all the other grandchildren have played with ever since. There are no wheels with the kit so I have used my usual CDs and plastic bottle tops and bbq skewer axles.
If you have a question it is probably worth reading my video description first because the answer may already be there. To help you find my videos I made a YouTube search guide video /watch/wgcHOoOSBecSH or checkout my playlists page /user/GrandadIsAnOldMan/playlists?flow=grid&view=1

Generally my projects are for my grandchildren to enjoy. OK, I enjoy them too. If anybody else likes them, that is a bonus. I like to keep my work as simple and basic as possible so that it can be copied easily and improved by anybody who wants to try themselves. I recycle or repurpose items rather than buy new and when I do buy I like to keep it cheap.
