Biceps Concentration Curls (horizontal cross plane) Another anytime, anywhere, exercise application. This is another very, very simple to execute resistance bands exercise, and variations. Once again just get in a seated position and choose the right resistance band tension you desire. Use a wrap around the hand technique to create a grip handle. Then you just apply elbow flexion and curl cross-wise. This is an excellent concentration curls choice and as you can see the variations are easy to apply as well.
