    1) intermittent fasting - only 2 meals a day. Nothing else -no drink no tea no biscuits no processed packaged food. id="hidden18"
    2) it will take 30 mins a day to finish my meal with 32 timescontrol)
    3) complete sugar cutoff. No sugar at all for the month. Not even my fav tea.
    4) no rice
    5) 8 hours sound sleep
    6) half hour workout with half hour badminton
    7) with a hell lott of water and self luvv.
    8) last but not least
    please wish me luck so that i can gift myself a fat free body on my birthday. My birthday is on 25th june. And send me power so that i can complete this challange
