Can you believe that these guys were serving up delicious freshly made Pakoras (Bhajias) for just a £1.00. The "Pakwan" / "The Curry Cook House" team were serving up at the yearly 10 day Alchemy Festival. We had the Pakora Naan Bread wrap, which was filled with a portion of the pakora, fresh salad, a homemade "Slaw" & then topped with a generous squeeze from a choice of their homemade sauces namely: Mint yoghurt, Mint mango chilli & Sweet mango. There's no secret to the pakora recipe ingredients because it was stated on the menu board as follows: * Augergine. * Spinach. * Potatoes. * Onion. * Coriander. * Corriander seeds. with a * Gram flour batter. The recipe ingredients for the Slaw consists of: * Cabbage, * Red Onion, * Carrot, * Cranberries, * Olive Oil and * Honey. They also serve Malai Chicken & Lamb Kebab wraps as well. They trade at various locations, so if you're wanting to catch up with them then you can send them a message via their various social media pages: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CurryCookHouse/?fref=ts Twitter: https://twitter.com/CurryCookHouse or email: info@currycookhouse.com Its worth mentioning that the Naan breads used are handmade by the "legendary Ararat bread team": /watch/oTbsaCXUbZVUs Alchemy Festival this year is from Friday 20 May to Monday 31st May 2016 (bank holiday Monday) as the Southbank Centre Square is once again transformed into a magical, bustling Indian Street Food market.........it's truly a feast for the senses !!!
