Mommas! Here is a 40 minute prenatal mat pilates workout for you no props needed! This workout is good for all trimesters however some modifications will need to be made depending on how far along you are. You may want to have a pillow on hand just incase - you can always add a resistance band to some of the exercises if you like as an additional challenge.
