Why I stayed, and why I left - My experiences in a religious “cult”

This was a very difficult video to film, and a long time coming. At the risk of being selfish, this video was like therapy for me. My only hope is that this didn’t offend, but rather educated. As I said in the video, if you feel trapped (mentally or physically), you are NOT alone. The one positive about social media is how it connects us, so please reach out to me if you need someone to talk to. This is very different to my normal content lol, but as it’s been a year I feel I’m settled enough in my mind and life to speak on this subject.
