i-Hub Gujarat hosted "6th Start-up Engage" Flagship Programme on 25th July 2020 [Dignitaries] - Ms. Anju Sharma, IAS (PS Education Department & Chairperson i-Hub) - Prof. Himanshu Pandya (Vice-Chancellor, Gujarat University & Chief Mentor, i-Hub) - Shri M Nagarajan, IAS (Director Higher Education, Education Department, GoG) - Shri Vijay R Gupta (Founder, and Promoter, Honest Group) - Shri Parag Desai (Executive Director, Wagh Bakri Tea Group) - Shri Hiranmay Mahanta (CEO, i-Hub) 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: - Shri Parag Desai told that his grandfather became friends with Mahatma Gandhi he left South Africa to open the shop for the tea business. Back then packaged tea was not explicit and good enough to run a business. It took us a lot of time to establish a brand. Back then sales tax was too much for MRP to establish business across INDIA. There is no substitute for doing things by yourself. If you look at your valuation after 20 days, it cannot be said as a business model, you have to look at that after 20 or some years. Keep in touch with your peers and industry, where likeminded people come together and can resolve this. - Shri Vijay R Gupta told that You have to involve in your product to get the best out of it, never rely on people with that. Have a polite attitude and take advice and criticism in the best manner. You have to be flexible in your business, not strong while doing business. There is no competition as you think if you are truly dedicated to your product. Your brand is what you believe in.
